Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve issues
- Manage and mentor the QA team members
- Conduct manual and automated testing as needed
- Analyze test results and provide feedback to the development team
- Ensure all products meet or exceed quality standards
- Continuously improve the QA process and implement best practices
- Report on quality metrics and provide regular status updates to management
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products
- Participate in the software release process, including coordinating release notes, user documentation, and training materials
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus
- Familiarity with software development tools, such as JIRA, Git, and Jenkins, is a plus
Skills
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
- Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
